Ordering Questions
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you accept checks?
Yes. You may place your order online and choose "Check" as the payment method. Supply your check number during the order process then postal mail it to us. Alternatively, you may print an order form online, complete it and either fax it or postal mail to us along with the check.
I'm afraid to use my credit card on the Internet, how can I order from you?
You will need to print an order form online, complete it and either fax or postal mail it to us. You can also order from us by telephone at 866-MYPOOLS (697-6657).
I can't find the product I would like to order - what can I do?

Shipping Questions
How much will shipping and handling cost for my order?
Orders totaling under $25.00 will have a flat shipping rate of $10.00 added. A 20% freight surcharge will apply to large and heavy orders (i.e. above ground pool kits, spas, heaters, large filters) shipping to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming. Spas are shipped free within the Atlanta, GA metro area. Outside the Atlanta area, shipping is $300 for states not listed above. For spas shipped to states listed above a 20% surcharge will apply. For most orders over $25, and not shipping to the above-mentioned states, shipping is free within the 48 contiguous US states. Please call ahead to arrange shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US. Inground pool kits will be shipped freight collect only.
Can you ship my order overnight?
Yes. Please call us by telephone at 866-MYPOOLS (866-697-6657) 24 hours a day to obtain overnight shipping costs.
What are your methods for delivery?
Most items are shipped via UPS Ground or the USPS. For larger items (i.e. pools & heaters), a reputable freightline is used.
Can you track the delivery of a product?
Yes. Usually, within 3 business days after the order is processed we can track UPS shipped products. Freightline tracking numbers and dispatch telephone numbers will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to contact the freightline and schedule delivery. Failure to do so will result in a freightline "call" charge.
Does someone have to be home to accept a freight delivery?
Yes. Orders shipped by freightline are curbside only and require assistance with the delivery in addition to a signature. For a UPS or USPS delivery, it is not necessary for someone to be at home.
What am I to do if there is a shortage or damage to my freight delivered order?
Any shortage or damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. For more information about shipping, please view our shipping page.
What are your procedures for an item I order and you are currently out of stock?
We will call or email you to find out if a comparable item we have in stock will satisfy your needs. If yes, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. If not, your order will be shipped in its entirety upon receipt of the out of stock item.
